Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply throughout all sections of these Terms and Conditions:

• "Platform" refers to the jh88 website accessible at jh88.im, including all sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, tools, and features made available therein.
• "jh88", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the jh88 Platform, licensed under an international gaming authority.

Eligibility

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your Account remains active:

2. You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporation or legal entity for the purposes of gambling;

4. You are not a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction;
5. You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of jh88 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors;
6. You are not acting in concert with any other person to circumvent the rules, security systems, or payout mechanisms of the Platform;
7. You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by jh88 for breach of these Terms and Conditions.

jh88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jh88 may result in Account suspension.

Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on jh88, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the jh88 Platform. Opening, maintaining, or operating more than one Account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate Accounts are detected, jh88 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit any Funds held therein, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are obligated to ensure that all Account information remains accurate and up to date. If any registered details change — including your address, mobile number, or payment method — you must update your Account accordingly without delay. jh88 shall not be held liable for any loss arising from outdated or inaccurate Account information provided by the Player.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

jh88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its international licence obligations. You may be required to submit verification documents including a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Verification may be requested at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any other time jh88 determines appropriate. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC requirements.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. jh88 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify jh88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. In such cases, contact our support team at [email protected]. jh88 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access that occurred prior to notification.

Deposits

jh88 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via a range of approved payment methods, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, Raast, 1LINK, SadaPay, GrabPay, USDT TRC20, and retail cash channels. All deposits must be made from a payment method that belongs to and is registered in the Player's own name.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the Account instantly.
• Bank transfer deposits may take between one (1) and three (3) business hours to reflect, depending on the issuing bank.
• jh88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in the Player's name may be reversed and the Account flagged for review.
• jh88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or reverse a deposit at its sole discretion where there are grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals

Players may submit withdrawal requests for available real-money balances at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.

6.1 Processing Times

jh88 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours of submission. Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required or where requests are submitted during high-volume periods.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The Player's Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements must be completed before the associated deposit or winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• jh88 reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits on a per-transaction or per-day basis. Current limits are published in the Account settings and may be updated periodically.
• Withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation where jh88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, or a breach of these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

jh88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general conditions set out in this section. By accepting a bonus, you confirm your agreement to all applicable terms.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total before a withdrawal request can be made against those funds.

7.2 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager, whereas table games such as blackjack, baccarat, and roulette may contribute a lower percentage. Live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's individual terms page.

7.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to one eligible Account per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• jh88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice where misuse or exploitation is suspected.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering and withdrawal conditions.
• If a Player withdraws funds before satisfying applicable wagering requirements, jh88 reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any associated winnings from the withdrawal amount.
• jh88 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any betting strategy, pattern, or behaviour constitutes bonus abuse.

Game Rules & Betting

All casino games and sports betting markets on the jh88 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or market interface. By placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the relevant rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the game interface and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.

8.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting on jh88 includes pre-match and live in-play markets covering cricket (including PSL, international T20Is, and Test series), football, kabaddi, UFC, and other sports. Odds are subject to change at any time up to and including the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked at the rate displayed at the time of acceptance.

8.2 Void Bets

jh88 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, odds pricing error, or where the outcome of an event has been affected by corruption or foul play. In such cases, the wagered stake will be returned to the Player's Account without interest.

8.3 Casino Games

All casino games on jh88 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games (Limbo, Ocean Lord), and specialty titles — use independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are fair, unpredictable, and cannot be influenced by jh88 or the Player. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jh88 Platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of Funds without recourse:

• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under your own name or a third party's identity;
• Using another person's Account, payment method, or personal information without their express consent;

• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, betting results, or promotional outcomes;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software programs to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;

• Abusing bonuses or promotions through systematic exploitation, multi-accounting, or coordinated group strategies;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies designed to guarantee profits irrespective of outcome using bonus funds;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jh88 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of jh88.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jh88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

jh88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in this section shall limit jh88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Privacy

Your use of the jh88 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which jh88 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with jh88 may be submitted to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by the issuing licensing authority.
